I spoke with Mr. Mehalick this morning and he stated the re-run was because the finished product did not meet Spiek's deadline. This was due to editing.

Mr. Mehalick also stated that he has a conference call meeting with management today in regards to putting out a PR about the re-run.

I asked about a shareholders meeting and stated there will be one, but the date has not been set.
