n2bugs, you're right, folks should contact Dave and ask him what's up. I did, and I got answers to my satisfaction. Regardless of what happens here, injunction or not, I'm in for the long haul. Sure, you may still get a chance to buy this stock lower, but I expect the PPS to be trading multiple times higher by this time next year, and I certainly don't see it trading any lower than the .01 warrant price. JMO
