The beginning of your post seems to imply that you are in agreement with me on some matter.
I was posting information from a verifiable otcbb website to which I provided a link in relation to your question about the 15c-211 the company has stated they will be filing.
From the text version of the Meet the CEO interview

CI: The preparations are continuing and they are still underway. We are sticking to being on the OTC by mid-summer as we had previously mentioned. Yes, a 15C will be filed.

I really don't believe the man would publicly make a openly misleading statement, however I have nothing to prove this belief. Calling a man a lier is not something that the people I associate with take lightly. I guess this is the internet and the virtual world has it's own set of rules.
Many unsubstantiated statements have been attributed to the companys IR contact by posters on both boards. Most of them seemed to related to the previous pumping activity that was going on. I made attempts to throw a spotlight on this and I'm afraid my efforts were not well received. People like cheerleaders.
Not for one minute do I think you to be a fool and I can't comprehend your continuing to hold shares or an interest here if you really believe the statements you're making. I guess you're just a well wisher trying to help us poor ignorant slobs....Thanks a bunch
