Until a few moments ago, I'd did not know of this man. As usual, I'll go search for something in particular, and end up 1,000 miles away. I have posted much criticism on religion, fer sure. Some to provoke thought, some just to downright vent the anger at the atrocities which has happened in the name of religions - NONE BARRED.
From a movie recently this line, "what makes you think, that religion is the ONLY institution on the planet, untouched by corruption?
That's an amazing statement to me! Nothing profound, just a simple statement.
(Dern, forgot where I was going, hmmmm....i'll let it ride and write whatever comes to mind)

I've linked youtubes to different persons and religions, again, as a way to provoke emotion!
The separation of church and state seems like more of an idealism more than anything, to me, anyway.
I mean, what Catholic would've ever imagined, the Pope would proclaim Catholicism, as the ONE and only true church????
That's one strong statement! Now every protestant and all other religious organizations are SUDDENLY thrust into a conflict against the Roman Catholic Church! (hmmmm, ROMAN stood out just then....not inferring anything, BTW).
Now, I admit, I find the timing really, really bad for the pontiff to make such a profound, conflict-inducting proclamation!
Anyway, not my main point.
IT IS JUST, that, a personal choice in beliefs should light a fire inside. A hot white, intense fire that should turn to cinders, all that stifles an individual's well being and spiritual growth.
AND, what I've come to realize that, are you with me now? hehehe <images of the farting preacher flashed thru my demented brain>
<still grinning> hmmmm, ok where was I? oh yeah,
....come to realize that I best just accept that where ever one is, whatever they believe, is where they need to be, otherwise, they'd be something else.
Does that make any sense at all?
I guess it boils down to the words...

or
a million other cliché that all say, stay the hell out of your neighbor's backyard until your own grass is weedless!
So, all, as far as I'm concerned, have the right to test the water,
to stay where the current barely moves a twig,
in the "no wake zone,"
or to a class 3 rapid, so swift and funtastically thrilling, that you're thoughts are all at one thought - "god, don't let me run this canoe into that big rock!"
OR
to the class 5 white foaming rapids,
where your life is seriously at risk of losing!
Oh well, I can't get back to the original thought, so i'll wind this ramble up.
I came across this fella today, quite by chance.
I thought, hmmmm, this would be a wonerful lithmus test for the SELF evolution scale (assuming a higher evolved individual, has less hang-ups and doesn't freak, when the canoe grazes a big boulder).
Or maybe it's just another useless youtube video that means nothing to none!
But whatever,
I'm gonna post it anyway...and, since it's naptime, i'm not going to edit for bad grammar!
