I think I buy Wilf's story as well. In addition to what you mention, he also said that posting a manifest could get wide distribution. Salvaging these ships sounds to be a dangerous enterprise without appropriate equipment, and I'm sure that is apparent upon underwater examination of the Scipion. However, when it comes to the possibility of riches, few keep their sense of wit.

Deduction follows that there must be something of great value worth mentioning about the Scipion. This provides hope even at our all time lows.

Wilf gets us pumped. Today's conference call was no exception. In my opinion, this excitement is contagious because they are truly overjoyed at our current prospects.
