DooDoo, what is your point in reference to Intel??? this isn't biotech, this is semiconductors. If you are saying that patents are overdone, well hell they sure are. BUT patents are bragging rights for techs, look at TMTA, their whole existence is suing Intel now :) IBM is patent king, they ask their employess to patent everything.. (I know this as my husband has at least 5 patents with IBM).. it sure looks good on the old resume though.
