If a negotiated settlement could not be arranged then TBA would be 6+/- months out instead, imo. As far as the merger, maybe Canadian law says that a Canadian company cannot trade in both countries unless it's registered in both countries. Maybe Sulja Canada isn't registered in Canada and that's why the halt under the OSC jurisdiction - Ontario. I was told taht the new store is being placed in the Nevada shell - take that for what's it worth. The other questions I've got an e-mail in asking about but have no response yet. Per, Leslie, Sulja shareholders own everything Sulja and the new subsidiary - want to go for a joy ride on the truss loader? lol. The bank accounts were probably frozen too - can you get info from a bank if your account is frozen? Serious allegations are still just allegations but allows them to remove computers and all electronic devices to investigate. 7/5 always was just the date of the next OSC hearing imo, although some had blown that up out of proportion. 15 days is also what I heard as far as the extension - but that is 2nd hand and now with me telling it it's 3rd hand lol.
