If for some reason SpikeTV made the re-run mistake then Spike would/should confirm it in an indisputable manner. I'm not saying that they would issue a news release or press release of any sort...but...

Since RR/RRGI is a public company I'd think that SpikeTV would have to take responsibility publicly in order not to damage or injure the shareholders.

Anything less would be inadequate IMO.

Monday is going to be interesting.
