The total tax bill is probably in the neighborhood of $250. If you want him to be aware of that first & foremost never run a business imho, you'll get bogged down by the minutia. $250? bash about something a little more important than that. There is plenty of stuff available, cashflo keeps going on & on.
Is the tax issue a positive? Of course not but a mountain? no. Not even a mole hill imho.
