How can you do that? In Europe the way of shorting is different compared to US. So how can I protect my shares from beeing used fior shorting?

Guess with 32 Millions it should be very important to know how to protect that.

One way I know is in my actual know how that I put my shares in the ask at e.g. a price of 1 Dollar. Is that correct? Or how can I do that? Please give me exact informations. My broker here knows Europe very well but when I ask about shortage in US he is really not the right man. I ask 5 persons I get 5 ansers all different about protecting from shorts.
