xtrapink, if that were the case, wouldn't these shares be in cert form? And, any shares traded in cert form or sent in to the transfer agent to be placed into an account would be known by the transfer agent and Hemi. It is my understanding that Hemi doesn't know what these after hours trades (except "during hours trade" today!) we've been seeing for quite some time now are either?

I've seen these AH trades go through at the ask as well but that was a while ago. Typically they go through below the low of the day or at least very near the low of the day.
