"rapidly changing landscape of the beverage aisle and a growing number of acquisitions and buy-out rumors, Apple Rush™ and e-water® were able to present themselves as strong and viable modern brands" Is this a hint???????

Now we could have something here... There was talk about consolidating all of Rush Products, Apple Rush, E-water, etc., all under one entity (my understanding or something to this effect). I believe there was talk about merge with an OTC shell or NASDAQ traded company...

Now, if this happens, we know "Kraft" was mentioned. Whole Foods was also mention from two or so trade shows ago...

Now speculation here and trying to piece things together...

Joint venture: Kraft, Whole Foods put up the capcity to manufacture or distribute and take over trademarks and rights hence the need to consolidate RSHN products under one idenity. Original shareholder retain a very small % of shares and Big Boy retains most. Unlikely...?

Buy out: Kraft, Whole Foods, etc., does not want RSHN, but just wants Apple Rush.... Hence another reason to cosolidate all procts under one entity. Saying to big boy, you can jsut buy one product from us, but you must buy there entire entity which includes everything...

Reverse merger: Find a shell and everything is concolidated under that entity, ie Distributiion arm, Organic Trading Agent (Rush), Apple Rush, and Rush Bev? This entity become reporting...

This all complete speculation here...

One thing is WHY WOULD KRAFT WAS A PRESENTATION IN THEIR OFFICE???? Slow sales in pop soda and life style shift in into healtier foods and into organics is exploading. The market is aquiring, buying out, taking over, smaller companies to increase the big boy's revenues and bottom lines... Schools moving into the same direction. Fight against child obeasity..

Uneited for spelling and grammar. I assure you there will be many spelling errors. Strickly all speculation here.
