As I see it the mergerwill be with Premier Mobil , which is part of Playstar. The reasoning being that audited financials are required for the past years and playstar itself probably has some financials that couls be troublesome dating back to GIRLY DAYS.
This seems like a good choice and will expedite the ability to file for the OTC.
When this is completed playstar will be no more. That 5to me makes the most sense.However that is not from management that is my reading of the release and what it means.
