dude. its just meaning lost in translation.

there's no lies going on. PNMS hasn't paid yet, but never said they were going to pay upfront right away. there's only one thing confirmed in the mail you're using as confirmation.....

...that YOU LIED when saying was contract was only an oral arrangement.
