XKEM...........well an insider did buy $35,500 worth of the common back in Feb and March this year, but the financials aren't improved over last year and the 1.5 billion shares increased a hundred fold over last year, so I don't see any real reason to buy now, even on that "nice" bounce. Of course I could be proven wrong on any of these microcap stocks as it's a wild world in that marketcap.
