So depth here is not what it looks like. They commit 23 fouls per game on average,which says to me they are a step slow on defense. They average more turnovers than assists,so the ball is not getting to the right spots on the floor. They are 2-9 and home court advantage is basically nonexistant. They have been beaten by 34,17,15,19.

SE MISSOURI ST. takes care of the ball,only 13 TO's a game,and no individual on E ILL has more than 13 steals,so no defensive lockdown type player. dainmon Gonner and Derek Winas both shoot over 45% from 3,and Brett Hale 41%! They will get open looks. They have been in every game they have played. beat Wics-GB,and Santa Barbara. Other games where they stepped up in class: S ILL lost by 13 ARK lost by 10 DEPAUL lost by 7. Their 5-6 and lost by 13,11,10,7,4,2...they can score and it keeps them in every game. I like a team that has proven it can shoot vs better competition and stay in games vs a team that doesn't shoot well at all,has no homecourt advantage,plays deep but weak,as pointed out above,foul prone,and no go to player down the stretch.
