Well, I highly doubt he will answer honestly if he is truly tryiing to close this deal. They are not buying wisebuys for nothing, so the company would most likely need to sell massive shares to make the deal happen. It's all about timing for investors. Those who got in at .001 and ran to pennies and took profits win; those who bought on the way back down, like me and most still here, lose; those who buy AFTER the merger is complete and the company finishes the dilution, completes a r/s or whatever it decides, will win on a pop from that point.
