OK, I just talked with the TA again, once again they were very friendly. He confirmed to me that he did indeed give the share count out to another caller at about 326 million. He does not know about the buy-out, or the divvy. He said we are the only source he has for them. I asked him why he would not know and he told me they have only been the TA for a couple of weeks and that information like that would normally come after a little more time as they are still getting everything in order, as in the basics. So not to be concerned as he said it is not unexpected the early in this game. This may not be exact quotes of what he said but is what conveyed to me 100%.
