It just doesn't seem right that Desimplex would go forward with this project without some sort of contract and without accepting some sort of deposit. As far as payments, we don't know the terms of the contract (written or verbal) to know if Desimplex has completed the terms of the contract. Unless you're getting this information directly from the CEO/CFO, I don't buy it. Did the CEO/CFO tell you there is no contract and no deposit has been received?
