Simply amazing, hardly a single 'pre-market' trade to be seen in any pennystock I'm watching. May be the SEC's action taken yesterday to allow them to take LEGAL action more easily for market manipulation is being noticed. If anyone thinks the DOW has reached these new highs of it's own volition, dream on. It's about time. MHO - RTB
