Q.) "Everything is done.(?) Plumbing,Electrical,etc."

A.) No. Not really. The construction seemed to stop about 3 weeks ago when Rev Ben came down here. I think that's when they picked out their colors and styles with AMC Industries and made their commitment to that company to do the interior. An interesting comment I heard from my friend while talking about things in the SodaShop parking lot in the shade of one of the trees (although we were both still burning up, it's Florida, but at least it was 5 degrees cooler under that tree) the other day, he said nobody knows what a HipHopSodaShop will look like inside but now that H3 has signed with AMC Industries, we're pretty close. You see the only drawing of the interior, H3 has had, is that drawing everyone has seen and that's not what the SodaShop's gonna be exactly, anymore. So what is H3 getting? The answer is coming from detailed interior drawings that are being made now. I think since AMC is doing the interior drawings, since they're the ones' who are building the SodaShop interior at their factory in Tampa, which will take 5-6 weeks to build and then be put it on a truck to come across Tampa Bay and be installed here in St Petersburg. Once it's here, it'll take another week to install. Once these drawings are made, if they aren't already, H3 will see for the first time what they will be getting and H3's general contractor and his sub-contractors (electricians, etc...) will know exactly how things are gonna have to be so the SodaShop will be ready for the interior coming from AMC. That's the pause were in. A pause by choice, rather than a 6 month pause where it seemed H3 was being held hostage (it was) waiting for the City of St Petersburg to issue a building permit. It's a pause for everyone to get on the same page, so when the truck rolls up from Tampa in a few months, with the SodaShop interior on it, it will all go in perfectly.

Now here's another interesting thing about AMC, they have the capability to build a whole SodaShop. They have crews that could build a "shell" building from plans and then AMC would furnish the interior, of course. So even though where the bathrooms are being built, at the SodaShop, there are still bare wall studs with no wallboard on them yet and there are other loose ends, it may be that AMC's crews are gonna take care of that before the interior furnishings arrive. Who knows what arrangements & changes H3 made a few weeks ago when Rev Ben was here in town but I'll bet you, enough arrangements were made that Rev Ben felt comfortable enough to leave town a few weeks ago and visit various other cities from New York to LA to tell the world "HipHopSodaShop is Coming"
