Representatives of the Company are not available to meet with you today as you requested, and because of legal constraints, cannot privilege any single investor or investor group with information not shared with the entire shareholder body. The Company cannot satisfy your request for additional information at this time, as the law is quite clear about what the Company may and may not due.
