I'm new on this board, but I've been trading since this stock was at .75 and go all the way to $0.0190. I loose so much. I still hold alot and alot of shares to cover my lost. I need to confirm with you and I need your HONEST ANSWER concerning email and phone response from Veronica (Hidalgo's PR contact).
IS IT TRUE THAT YOU HAD BEEN CONTACT VERBALLY OR IN EMAIL WRITING WITH VERONICA? The reason I ask is because I am in a process of forming my most INTELLIGENT THEORY behind all of this delay and my prediction will be 99% correct when the PR finally come out.
I had been reading everyone message on this investorhub board and on yahoo board. My gut feeling tell me that whatever and whenever the PR come out it will be big! But how big? I could be negative news or positive. I had been asking myself? If there's positive new, why would they delay the PR? For what reason?To me, if I have positive news I couldn't wait not even one day to tell my friends and relative. Here's is my theory for all of this speculation:
1)Before they send out Press Release last time, I believe both HMIT AND CMM people(you know who I'm talking about), would buy HMIT stock at a very low low price. Then they send out good news press release with $2.15 acquisition form CMM. After all of us innocent victims jumped in to buy at $.22, $.30,$.40,$.50,$.60 and at $.75 then I believe they began to take huge profit causing this HMIT stock to drop %50 every day for the entire week until it hit $.019. That's amazing. Then they announce a 30 days diligent to be report by 7/06/2007. Today is 7/13/2007. Amazing it's already one week past 30 due diligent day as promise. Why?
Here what I think:
1)The share are so cheap right now under $.04 and all of us victims investor bought almost all of the outstanding shares. HMIT know that if they announce even one little tiny good news, this stock will take off and we all will sell to take the profit in which causing this stock to go back down fast. In other words, know one would be able to buy because all of us hold on to all the outstanding share. How can it go up unless somebody willing to sell(give up the share at the low price) when good news announce. I think HMIT is smart. They watch us every share that had been exchange. I believe that they want all of us to sell right now at the very low price. They will buy at the low price with most of the outstanding share back. After that, the will decide to announce the good news and we innocent victims would jump back in again to buy at $.04, 0.05, 0.06, .10, .20, .30, .40, .50, .60, .70, .80, .90, 1.10, 1.20, 1.30, 1.40, 1.50, 1.60, 1.70, 1.80, 1.90, 2.00, 2.10, 2.20, 2.30, 2.40, 2.50 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 10.0 ... and then they would take the huge profit just like four weeks ago again.
This is my theory. This is a game. Winner take all. You must think first before you decide to take action. Right now, I believe they are waiting for us to sell more and more share at this very cheap price under .04. If I were you and everyone in here, I would buy more and more as much as you can affort. But again, how can this stock price go up if all of us buy all of the outstanding share? And we are not willing to sell under this low price? Good luck. I write alot because I am so frustrated just like everyone in here and I just want to let it out to you all now of what I think.
