Honestly, I have more questions than answers, but I'm told that true BUSINESS wire services are not free (as opposed to PR {public relations} wire services).. That may or may not be correct, just what I've been told......having asked ONLY one business source. In any case, it was on the boards pretty fast, and HARDLY moved the markets, much less this stock.
I don't know who's head is where, but you can count on the fact that shit ALWAYS flows down-stream.......from the provider toward the least informed. GUESS where we are in that chain of command.
