And how did they find him? "Asked to submit a resume" were they reading his insightful posts on IHUB and said HEY THATS OUR GUY!

I think it is more likely that he threatened legal action against them and then they offered him the position and SHARES....to keep him from pursuing legal action.......I believe the rumor that he was SUCKED in by the group he associated with and did not realize he made a huge mistake till it was too late.......so he took action......and now is CRAZYJIM the CHAIRMAN of the Board for UMNG!

Pretty sad when a company is hiring people off of chat boards who call themselves CRAZYJIM or CHEAPJIM! Credibility sinks once again.......
