No phone call? Usually when I'm bent over like a sheep and violated by a pos company like this, I at least get the courtesy wrap around call from management informing me that I have been royally screwed. Funny, how in my scathing email to Dr. Brown a couple weeks ago I mentioned the impending r/s but I never received a reply. Hmmm....guess I know why now.
