The point that cannot be disputed is that the present managers and BOD are working for their equity position because if they do not turn NNLX into a profitable venture they get NOTHING, absolutly nothing...AND the point is they took over with CONFIDENCE in the technology and energy potential as news83 stated - a unique amalgamation of both medical biotechnology and energy sectors - and this has never been done before that microbes could be the engine of industrial production of hydrogen.
