I concur junezb, but it does look like to me that ole Crazyjim the chatboard message Chairman of the board for UMNG may be smarter than the rest of the group he is associated with, to my knowledge he is the largest shareholder of the Group, when he dumps it could affect the PPS big time.....or maybe he has already been slowly unloading his position?

Why would he do that you ask? because he may be getting as he posted Restricted shares and how many is he going to get? Who knows but the PR today stated they are giving away another 25 MILLION Shares so Mr.CRAZYJIM knows his current holdings are most likely not going to be worth near what they worth today going fwd........so I look for him to dump them and get what he can as it matters not to him if he gets a boat load of restricted shares to dump later as well........will he get set up and end up getting screwed like Joel Fournier the former president did? Very Possible but at least he has a shot at recouping some losses....my guess is he threatened legal action and this is the deal they gave him not to pursue it.......and the shareholders are most likely paying for his new position.....makes ya wonder if any other members in that group are being compensated as well?
