Has anyone talked to the company and clarified how the new company, e21 fishing, is hooked into e21 golf?

I'm a little confused by the name, since the royalty agreement was with another company and now I see not all (any) of the rods are using the scandium alloy.

Are these two separate developments?

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
