I'm no expert in this showbiz stuff, but here's how I might do it if this was my show....

Considering the show (at this point), I would continue NOT to attract much attention to it (meaning ... few PRs) and I'd be biding my time getting it perfected BEFORE the final episodes and use those as my "real Season 1" ... like a test pilot before the real pilot.

Then, once we're at final shows, I'd start pumping the PRs and go after Season 2, new sponsors, network, new time slots, etc. The good stuff... makin' it real!


as far as how low it can go.... HA!
I don't think it SHOULD go lower than .03, but this is not real stock world - we're still in Pinkie Land... and anything goes. NO rhyme or reason TO ANYTHING HERE.
