The DOW goes up $280 and we go down on almost no volume. I'm just a bit bummed out.

Question: if the 100mm issued shares were intended for this JV, does it mean that NWOG private is using NWOG public funds to finance its projects? What is the likely impact on NWOG public?

Question 2: Malyshev estimated a share value of $.30 by September and $1 by year-end. Has anyone asked him how this will be accomplished? Is this doable? How?
