I hope people here are being sarcastic about the August 1st date. I don't think people who 'invest' in pink sheets care about who is in the lowest class. Most pink sheets stock will not comply so it will not matter. RSHN will probably release a PR about the requirements with an end goal to move to OTCBB. All RSHN has to do is release share counts and the 'requirements' investors go by will be meet....
