I recall DNDN's ex-CFO Martin Simonetti, and spoke with him several times before he left Dendreon. He was an intelligent individual and is now with another Biotech.
He is still listed as a major shareholder with 162,239 shares, and with the exception of him excercising 6,417 options in July 2005, I can NOT see, from Insider Transactions, that he sold any more Dendreon shares since then, or after the Advisory Board meeting.
If this is true, then I find it very surprising that he faithfully held. Or, would his sales not be listed because he is not an Insider any longer, although still listed as a Major Shareholder? Oh well, it gives me a little faith during these trying times as the "slings and arrows" come at us.
Any comments from old-timers who might remember him?
