In reference to UMNG and the GIVING AWAY of 25 Million shares to this MYSTERY TSX VENTURE company in addition to giving them one of the Properties.........One has to wonder who are the Officers associated with this so called TSX Venture company? Any bets if it is a REAL company that they are familiar names and most likely have worked for or with either Demontigny or Cortellazzi? Any bets the money or shares is just making a big Loop back into the pockets of the boys at 1212 redpath?

Funny how they wont tell anyone the NAME of the company? Especially considering they have now PR'd the event more than once as being completed but cant seem to cough up the name?

WHY? If I was a shareholder I would be demanding they release that information.....it only damages investor confidence when the go out of their way to HIDE this information.......and if it is Completed as they have PR'd TWO TIMES now.......why the secrecy?

Will they ever announce who this company is? or will you see a PR in the not too distant future about how the TSX VENTURE ACQUISITION HAS BEEN CANCELED?

One only need look at Cortellazzi's History with COHG and RECENT ACQUISITIONS that were COMPLETED......and then one month later CANCELED!

When A company HIDES information such as this it is a HUGE RED FLAG FOLKS.......there is ZERO REASON not to DISCLOSE who this TSX VENTURE COMPANY is.......If there is an excuse I would love to hear it...........but it wont matter what excuses they offer up it wont be good enough.......they should release it and release it now and every single shareholder who saw UMNG PR that they were giving away 25 Million shares and One of the Properties should be on the phone and sending emails DEMANDING that they say who this company is........YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW ESPECIALY Considering this MASSIVE DILUTION that will be taking place.......
