A little update on the Former Reseller CKYS which still owes SQUM money.....I doubt they are going to get any of it.....

ALERT!!!! A SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT has been filed, and shows up in the criminal court docket as of today.

JAMES PLANT (1) count(s) 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, RUTH LANE (2) count(s) 2, 5. (jh, ) (Entered: 07/12/2007)

Plant has been indicted on 4 courts, and Ruth on 2. Count 2, which they have been jointly indicted on, has to do with them both destroying company records regarding the non-existent DHS contract.

Just gets more interesting each day
