With all due respect I disagree completely with your post. So, according to your opinion, it ours (the shareholders) fault for the management's proposed swindle because we chose to invest in this company.

Hypothetical scenario: I start one day some very promising business, I invite you to invest in it because I have very little money, you accept and you hand me over 97% of the needed capital, I somehow rip you off with most of your money with the excuse that I worked hard in our company (although you pay me for it), therefore I deserve your money without giving you anything in return, therefore, according to your reasoning, it was your fault you chose to invest in the business I founded, don't whine, accept your loss, turn tail and walk away, and let me have and enjoy your money! Cheers!
