Badge, nothing at all wrong with that. What I find interesting is that you nearly always try to find, hunt out, and point out nearly everything you can turn or twist into a negative. Review your own posting history, Badge, and you'll see you rarely ever have anything positive to say. You try so hard to find every small thing that could even be construed as a negative yet don't put forth even one small bit of effort to find the hidden gems or the "reading between the lines" that are very positive. Just clicking on your name and looking at your last 50 posts shows this.

Anyway, you just answered my question. You only want to focus and point out things which will negatively affect your investment. Since a few days of nice sunshine could positively affect your investment, I was thinking you might want to post that as well but I see that in this case, as with other times (again, see your own posting history) you are not interested in the positive events or items. Odd.

Let me show you an example and we'll just use the recent email from Keith as an example.

Keith stated...

They sent it to NYC and San Fransisco, their top floor guys were extremely excited about how this works and had never seen anything like it before and called it brilliant.

People had been posting that this Wilshire entity looked to have just been setup and some went as far as wondering if it was just a boiler room operation. You could have pointed out how this may not be a brand new ground floor entity because we now see they have top floor guys in NYC and San Fransisco. There has been speculation/rumors about Jesup & Lamont but I believe this is the first time that something other than just that one Wilshire office has been mentioned. This is pretty big.

This is one reason Wilshire does not care what our stock price is... also their services were paid in cash... not stock

Ahh... further and even stronger indication that what all have been so worried about with Hemi issuing shares for this deal and that has been what has caused the decline is not the case. Services were paid in CASH and not stock. But you didn't feel like mentioning this either.

This is what we are doing with Wilshire, they do not care what our stock price is. On the flip side we have the funds (a large amount) to continue expansion and development, with out issuing stock or incurring debt...

Ahh... lookie there! Some have mentioned they were worried that the decreased production would cause Hemi financial problems. However, see the above... a large amount of funds to continue expansion and development without issuing stock or incurring debt. That is HUGE but yet you still want to focus on the rain instead of pointing this out?

Secondly financially we are fine and well funded, today we will have 5 crews in the field doing what it takes to get production back online

Again... well funded mentioned again and, wow, 5 crews in the field! Some might remember not too long ago when there were only a few employees and now Keith states he has 5 crews in the field! Read between the lines... what do you need all these crews for if production is only the same as it was when Craig and maybe a couple others were the only ones servicing the wells? Either hey have already ramped things up considerably or they are getting prepared to really hit the ground hard, eh? However, instead of noticing the point about the 5 crews you choose to focus on the rain.

We will turn these expenses into the insurance company and be reimbursed. But there are other small oil and gas companies up there that may not survive this catastrophy..... it may sound preditory but we are sitting in the wings waiting to make some low ball offers to some of those small companies in distress.

Wow again. Questions have come up about their insurance and here is confirmation. Not only that but, wow, Hemi is looking at not only drilling their own wells but buying up complete operations as well. That's pretty big.

I will say this if our stock is being manipulated downward, someone is making one of the worst mistakes they will ever make financially and I will take a great deal of pleasure in the day they call needing help with their position... because there will not be any coming from me. Make my life hard... I make their life hard. I will use them as an example to anyone considering do this to us in the future. Vindictive? Damned right!

Excellent. Many here believe Hemi is being manipulated but worried nothing will be done about it. Doesn't sound that way to me! In fact, Keith sounds extremely confident that this will be stopped and it is going to cost THEM (the MMs) money. This just further backs up the press release where it was stated Hemi they have addressed some of the "artificially low share price" issues and will continue to address them.

Badge, I don't see you being an unintelligent guy. We all are watching the weather and it is not hard for fellow investors to research the weather in Kansas. However, some (and especially newer investors) may not be able to piece together things as well as some of the "older" investors. I suppose I'm just disappointed you have decided to focus your efforts in the way you have.
