from what I understand via correspondence, as they wrap up the audit for '06, we move to the OTCBB and then all the filings will be out there. There are some big deals coming up as well as developments with existing projects. They know the pps has been smashed to ridiculous levels and moving off the pinks will be step one in full transparency (Sept is my understanding). They re-iterate that no dilution is taking place maybe a few million shares sold in the open market, I think 40m was the last number, but, not CD's and such.
