I am beside myself what I just read. You run a stock website and you dont know that federal securities law trumps the First Amendment on public statements? Unlikely. When I am at the office tomorrow I can offer you proof of many cases where named people on Ragingbull, Yahoo message board and others were sued by the government and lost. It is improbable you dont know this considering your publications in 2005 and the publications you responded to. Replevin
