Fourth, an on-line cheerleader for Maydak in connection with the action in Delaware, who refers to himself as "mAjOr dAmAgE," also appears with the identical spelling on a website discussing NetCo, i.e., the Debtor, where he supports Chavarria's efforts in the New York Action. Thus, Maydak's ally, "mAjOr dAmAgE," is not only aiding Maydak over the internet in connection with the Delaware Action but he is also fulfilling the same role for Chavarria (a/k/a Keith Maydak) in connection with the New York Action.
