Info: The company i work for just went through a buyout a couple months back. It was officaly announced to us that we where up for sale in Oct 06' The deal was done in late March before new management took over they had lay off's. The following day it was offical that the purchase went through and we now had a new parent company. The company i work for was part of a way bigger entity that is traded on the market. We got sold to a private company. Our former parent company didn't make it official until 1 week after we where offically sold.

So it makes sense why alex was let go and new Management installed into GBDX. My thinking is we are in the final days of GBDX.

I'm holding my 1.1Mil shares (it's small amount) for the buyout.
