Roach;

For the last time;

WRONG ONE that is Southern Crushed Concrete

Owned by Farrovial out of spain.

They are the big player here in houston. They do a lot of Toll Way work.

Out of PBLS League.... 1500 employees + 3 from Spain.

I had a 20 minute conversation with someone there that would know if they had been bought by PBLS. One of their piles is less than 20 minutes from my JOB. Yes I wasted more Gas money on PA.

Most likely what we bought goes like this;

Someone lets people & companies dump chunks of concrete on their land (Several acres usually) over the years the pile gets huge (Like 10 - 12 stories high with a large base able to support earth movers moving to the top).

Then when there is enough materal stacked the company then builds a building with crushers & classifiers supported by a conveyor system. Then there is a stock pile of materal to work with to generate income in sales and expand development services to get others to dump their chunks off at the site or develop a system to charge for hauling services from demo sites.

What most likely happened (if anything) is that we purchased the pile just before or as it became economical to make the transisition from a pile of crappy rocks to an asset.

If Paul was smart and this is indeed what he is doing (who knows, even my blow-up doll is not talking to me anymore for not selling at .034) then he needs to invest is a few portable concrete plants like the ones you will see along the highway.

Fact is that the market does not believe much of what PA says anymore and if people really knew what happened at ProGas they would chit themselves.

The last 2 PR's were classic PA, drive up volume and kill pps dut to lack of info...

Nothing will happen here until the Preferred deal is over and I would not be supprised one bit if we get a PR in August that says "Back by Popular Demand; the preferred conversion will continue"

PA needs to keep this up until the 4Q07 when the tax loss people will be dumping...
