Bulldog and Jake regarding a possible reverse split,

Check out Article 4.14 of the SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT
attached to the June 27, 2007 8 K filing:

"4.14 Capital Changes. Until the one year anniversary of the Closing Date, the Company shall not undertake a reverse stock split or reclassification of the Common Stock without the prior written consent of the Purchasers holding a majority in interest of the Shares. "


Not impossible I suppose, but I doubt we will see a reverse split within the next 11 1/2 months or so.
