restricted shares - lol

they have to be registed first - that is an expense -
they have to be broken away from your brokers' block at the transfer agent - and god knows what else - so if you have 500 restricted shares are u willing to pay $100 or more to get the admin done - so u can sell?

in hind sight - I should of sold hisc - not gotten the restricted - bought back hisc at a lower price - and just decided if evsy was worth a purchase on its own.
