I sit hear and read the posts and am dumbfounded as to why anyone who OWNS shares would vote to have thier shares diluted to oblivion. The company actually SPELLS OUT for us how our shares will be diluted. Then tells you to stick it up your azz or I will fold up shop. I have come to the conclusion that;

a)These posters do not own shares
b)They have some other arrangement with the company
c)They are just plain stupid
