OK here's some healthy discuss/questions for you & well pilgrim. See if you can find answers them. Since I've owned this stock I've contacted Pilgrim several times asking similar questions & I either get no response or a reply only answering irrelevant questions that I didn't ask, & avoiding the mains ones.
What are the current production numbers? Why wont they release them, what is the big secret?
How can General Energy (which pilgrim claimed to be a subsidiary a year ago) suddenly be worth tens of millions of dollars, in which "stock" we received as this LOI, for purchasing of pilgrims working interest? Why has Pilgrim claimed GEC is based out of Dallas, then Holiday Texas? But if you look at the TX RRC website, GEC has the same contact information as Pilgrim. Why is the contact information for the 'General Energy" Pilgrim has been working with the Same as Pilgrims?
What is Pilgrim going to do about the $6m in accrued liabilities from this deal with General Energy?
What happened to Daniels well service Pilgrim acquired last year? It disappeared, no one could find information about it then, no one could find information about it now.
What ever happened to the plans for the audited financial? & up listing to the TSX, & OCT BB?
How would pilgrim complete the $1.5mil stock buyback when they didn't have the money at the time?
How did pilgrim have Leases on the properties last year, but now they are claiming they own them & were selling them this year? Did they buy them? how would they get the $? not listed on the balance sheet.
Why have selective PRs mysteriously disappeared from the records over the past year?
I could go on but there are more questions than answers. Almost nothing can be proven.
