Paying debt with shares is GOOD for the company. It saves cash. If they need to have a greater number of outstanding shares to get out of debt, so be it.

The stock is worth far more than $0.016 long term.


You and flaflyersfan have made your nay-sayer points ad nauseum. So unless you are trying to buy shares even cheaper and scare down the price, what is your real purpose here?
