Shamus & Gotin, get your definitions straight. I think what you are trying to say is there are approximately 12.5 million free trading shares, approximately 27-28 million shares issued (of which 12.5 million would be free trading and around 15 million would be restricted), and there are 60 million AUTHORIZED shares.
The authorized shares would be, I think, what you are referring to as treasury shares. These authorized shares would be shares unissued and not trading. Their issuance should, typically, be disclosed via an 8K filing, voted upon, and a reason given for the use of the proceeds. To date none of these latter things have happened when we are surprised with newly issued shares appearing on the quarterly statements.
George apparently did not see fit to correct the inaccurate post by Shamus on the heading of the message board regarding the number of issued shares. Of course he didn't see it fit. The more shares he can make stockholders think are out there, the less surprised they will be when these dilution shenanagans are played. JMHO
