I agree. However if the new owner Truly wants to take the company private, then they Have to have all shares accounted for. In this case, holding would be most appropriate!
But... if they have no intentions of going private.. well in that case I wonder if they have a controlling interest in the company? Is that possible here? Could they do that if it is possible and then simply dilute the hell out of the market with shares and leave us poor folks with no food on the table??
Anyone know anything? I agree this PR is inconclusive and can be really good or really bad for shareholders! As a shareholder since March '07, I am hoping really good!
