Careful with making threats that you will go to the "Office" if you get served with a lawsuit. I advise my clients that such threats may constitute extortion. If you and Wilf end up in a legal battle (and for good financial reasons I hope that doesn't happen -- last thing we need is for DPBM to dump money into that type of litigation) you don't want to be in a position of having made extortionate threats. I've seen what happens to litigants who need to wear a white hat, but end up with real mud on their face because of making those type of threats. Doesn't help their cause at all. Let's all just take a deep breath, weather the storm, and hope that gold and silver get brought up sooner rather than later.
